PADI REFERRAL COURSE
IN CARTAGENA - ROSARIO ISLANDS
If you've already completed the theory and confined water training at your local PADI Dive Center, you can finish your Open Water certification dives with us in just two days in the stunning Rosario Islands, Cartagena’s top diving destination just one hour by boat from the city.
You can choose to stay overnight on the islands for a more relaxed experience, or go and return from Cartagena each day. This is the plan if you can stay at the island.
WITH THIS PLAN, YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 18 HOURS BEFORE TAKING A FLIGHT.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
PHASE ONE
- Completion of theory and pool practice at your local PADI dive center.
PHASE TWO – PRACTICE
FIRST DAY
- Meet us at the pier (Muelle de la Bodeguita), just 5 minutes from Cartagena's historic center, at 8:00 a.m., or at your hotel at 9:30 if you're staying in the Rosario Islands.

Present your referral form signed by a PADI instructor.

Speedboat transfer to our base in the Rosario Islands.

Theory review and scuba gear check.

Two open water certification dives.

Lunch when departing from Cartagena (not included if you're already staying in the Rosario Islands).

Option to return to Cartagena or spend the night on the islands (hotel not included).
SECOND DAY
- Two final certification dives.
- Lunch when departing from Cartagena (not included if you're already staying in the Rosario Islands).
- Return to Cartagena around 3:00 p.m., arriving around 4:15 p.m.
- Processing of your PADI Open Water Diver certification.
