PADI UNDERWATER NATURALIST SPECIALTY

Divers with a PADI Open Water Diver certification who are at least 10 years old can participate in the Underwater Naturalist Specialty Course and complete the practical training with two dives in just one day.

WITH THIS PLAN, YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 18 HOURS BEFORE FLYING.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

FIRST PHASE – THEORY

Once you register, you will receive digital access to the course introduction.
Study of the corresponding specialty materials and completion of the required knowledge reviews.

SECOND PHASE – PRACTICAL TRAINING

FIRST DAY

The meeting point will be at the Muelle de la Bodeguita, just 5 minutes from Cartagena’s Historic Center, at 8:00 a.m. If you are already staying in the Rosario Islands, we can meet you at your hotel at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Transfer by speedboat to our base in the Rosario Islands.
Two open-water certification dives in the diverse underwater environments of the Rosario Islands National Natural Park, an ideal setting for this specialty. Between dives, you will enjoy a surface interval at the hotel.
Lunch is included if you are traveling from Cartagena. It is not included if you are already staying in the Rosario Islands.
Departure for Cartagena at approximately 3:00 p.m., arriving around 4:00 p.m.
Processing of your PADI certification card.
